Terms & Conditions

The MERSAL platform enables you to explore and book services online, including maintenance, salons, cleaning, trainers, and other businesses. You can schedule Partner Services by making an appointment or placing an order through the MERSAL Platform

Key terms

When we use capitalized words or phrases in these Terms of Service, they have the following meanings: 

Client” and “Subscribers” means you, the user of the MERSAL Services or the purchaser of any Partner Services;

Partner” and “Service Providers “means a selected third-party provider of services, who offers their services for sale on the Mersal Platform

Confirmation” means a written confirmation that we provide to you regarding an Appointment or Order, via email or the Mersal Platform;

Mersal Account” means an account you create on the Mersal Platform, containing information such as your name, Appointment and order history, and contact information;

Mersal Appointment Services” means all appointment booking services, including creating, updating, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, provided through the Mersal Platform;

Mersal Payment Services” means the online and in-app payment facility available for select Partners on the Mersal Platform;

Appointment” means any appointment booking for one or more services from a Partner made through the MERSAL Platform, including as updated, re-scheduled or canceled;

 Booking Partner Services and Payment Handling

When booking services through MERSAL, please note the following:

  • The Partner Services available on MERSAL are sold by our Partners, not directly by us.
  • Our role is to facilitate and finalize your appointments or orders.
  • As the commercial agent for our Partners, we may collect payments on their behalf if you use MERSAL Payment Services.
  • Your payment through MERSAL settles your debt with the relevant Partner for the services provided.

The contract for Partner Services is directly between you and the relevant Partner. While we are not responsible for the services provided by our Partners, we appreciate feedback. If you’re dissatisfied with any Partner, please contact us at info@mersalapp.ae, and we’ll explore how we can assist.

When making an appointment or placing an order, you agree to a Partner Contract with the relevant Partner. MERSAL is not a party to this agreement. Before confirming any appointment or order, carefully review all details and restrictions related to it.

Access to the site

It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment (computer, laptop, netbook, tablet, or other mobile device) meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Site and is compatible with the Site.
You must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. If you choose, or you are provided with, a log-on ID (such as a username and password or other identifier) as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not reveal it to anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your log-on ID and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or other security breach of which you become aware. We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.

Age requirements

To use the MERSAL Platform, you must be of the age of majority or older in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are under this age, you may only use the MERSAL Platform with your parent or legal guardian’s permission. Parents or legal guardians allowing their child or dependent to use MERSAL Services are responsible for their activity on the platform.

Our Services

Mersal connects you with partners offering a wide range of services across various industries. Through the Mersal platform, you can schedule appointments and make payments for these services. Please note that Mersal does not operate any partner businesses or provide partner services directly.

When you use Mersal, you enter into a contract with us based on our Terms of Service. However, your contract for partner services is solely between you and the partner. Mersal acts as an intermediary, facilitating the scheduling and payment of your appointments and orders with our partners. When you pay for an appointment through Mersal, we act as a commercial agent on behalf of the partner, settling your payment for that specific service.

Responsibilities of Our Partners

Partners must deliver the services specified in their contracts and ensure all information on the Mersal Platform is accurate and complete.

We cannot verify the information provided by partners, so they are responsible for ensuring their services are available and accurately described.

Partners must update their availability status on the dashboard, marking themselves as unavailable when they cannot provide services.

 Partners should not call customers directly; all communication must go through the app.

Modification to Terms and Services

Mersal Services reserves the right to modify the Terms periodically, and any such changes will be immediately applicable. By using Mersal Services, you implicitly accept any modifications made to the Terms. If you disagree with the current or future Terms of Use, please refrain from using or accessing the Mersal website.

Eligibility and Accessibility

The Mersal website is accessible only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can legally form binding contracts under applicable law. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and voluntarily accept the Terms.

Upon registration, you’ll receive a user ID and password for account access. Keep your password confidential and avoid sharing it with others. You are responsible for all account activity, whether authorized or not. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Mersal services

Please be aware that there are certain services we may need to refuse or cancel. We reserve the right to do so at our discretion for various reasons, including inaccuracies or errors in service or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. Additionally, we may request further verification or information before accepting an order.

If any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information, we will notify you promptly. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card within 14 hours.

Order Cancellation by Customer

In the event of cancellation within the last 4-5hours before the scheduled service, the 40% amount of service will be charged

Please note that incomplete addresses may lead to automatic order cancellations.

Complaints

Mersal Services takes complaints very seriously and aims to respond within 24/7.

If you do not accept or agree to these terms, you must refrain from using Mersal services.
